BDO is a global accountancy and business advisory firm. Create, Compare and Repair have been implemented globally in over 30 countries, with templates and content in English and local languages together with customized training tutorials, FAQs and QRGs.
A client since 2015, BDO wanted to achieve consistency in their global due diligence practice and improve efficiency when working on cross-border transactions.
Though they had developed were managing their own in-house macros, it was a challenge to keep up with Microsoft upgrades and new requests for functionality without serious internal resources and investment, therefore an external solution was sought.
A review of the available products on the market was undertaken and Presentation Solutions stood out from the competition, in terms of functionality but also for its ability to meet BDO’s exact branding requirements across the Office suite.
Create, Compare and Repair were implemented globally in 30+ countries, with templates and content in English plus local languages and has delivered a consistent reporting style, making it easy for teams to collaborate internationally and improving the service to global BDO clients.
In 2017, BDO refreshed their corporate identity and with the help of the “Switch Brand” feature in Create, staff were able to complete the projects already underway, whilst simultaneously commencing new engagements in the updated branding.
